Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by Ironbury Ventures, operated by Trendyist Ltd (England & Wales, No. 09142501). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide AI agent infrastructure including programmatic wallet systems, API-based research services, and x402 protocol integrations. Our services are in active development and may change.

You must be 18+ with legal capacity to contract. If acting for an organisation, you represent authority to bind it.

Do not use our services for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security controls, to facilitate money laundering or sanctions evasion, to interfere with service operation, or to reverse-engineer our systems.

Our services may involve digital assets including stablecoins. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, you are responsible for your wallet credentials, digital asset values fluctuate, and we do not provide financial advice.

All IP in our services remains ours. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services per these terms.

Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury from negligence, or fraud.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
